MICATECH MOTORCYCLE LUGGAGE RETURN POLICY 

If you are not satisfied with your Micatech Motorcycle Luggage (the “Product”) before installation on the motorcycle, a full refund will be given upon our receipt of the Product.  Merchandise returned for a refund must be returned within twenty-one (21) days of purchase and must be returned unused and undamaged to manufacturer in the original carton with the original shipping materials, postage prepaid.  No unauthorized returns are accepted.

EXCLUSIVE LIMITED WARRANTY 

Please read all of the terms of this exclusive limited warranty carefully.  It limits your rights related to Micatech Motorcycle Luggage, which is manufactured and distributed by RoGo Corporation. 

RoGo warrants the Product manufactured by it against defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from delivery to its first purchaser from RoGo, whether that is a wholesale purchaser or a retail purchaser.  If the Product fails to conform to this warranty, RoGo, in its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the Product or provide a refund of the purchase price actually paid for the Product.  This warranty is made upon the express conditions that: 

(a)       RoGo is given prompt written notice upon discovery of any claimed defect or non-conformity in the Product, with a reasonable explanation thereof; 

(b)       The Product is returned to RoGo or to a RoGo authorized service facility within ten (10) days of discovery of the claimed defect; 

(c)        The Product has not been altered in any manner other than as previously authorized by RoGo in writing;  

(d)       The Product must be returned undamaged to RoGo, postage paid; and 

(e)       Repairs to the Product have not been made by anyone other than RoGo or a RoGo authorized service facility. 

This Warranty does not apply to any Product which is not installed, maintained and operated in strict accordance with RoGo’s written instructions or which is otherwise misused, including, without limitation, to any Product which is damaged due to improper installation, maintenance or operation, tampering, alteration or otherwise.  If warranty protection is applicable to the Product, and if RoGo, in its sole discretion, repairs or replaces the Product, RoGo will use reasonable efforts to do so within thirty (30) business days of its receipt of the Product. 

Any Product that has been repaired by RoGo or which is a replacement Product supplied by RoGo under this Warranty will be subject to the remainder of the original warranty term applicable to the repaired or replaced Product or will be warranted under exactly the same terms for ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever period is longer. 

Please follow the installation instructions for your model motorcycle and use the correct tools.  If the installation is beyond your capabilities, please contact your local dealer for assistance.  

Use good judgment in your riding style when operating your motorcycle with the Product installed and mounted on your motorcycle. In loading the Product, do not exceed the motorcycle manufacturer’s overall recommended weight limit.  Consider the manufacturers’ recommended maximum speeds as well as weight distribution, quality and proper adjustment of suspension system, tire pressure, environmental factors, etc., and adjust your riding style accordingly. 

RoGo reserves the right to discontinue or change models, specifications, price or design of its products at any time without notice and without incurring any obligation.
